Company Strategy

We will build our facility according to the following foundational principles:

  1. Unbiased - We occupy a position of special trust and confidence as we strive to always act in the most transparent manner, with the teen's best interest in mind.
  2. Goal Based - The most significant task an advisor takes on is to help each person meet his or her goals. This is why we at House of Healing strongly believe the teens should have a comprehensive and well-documented strategy. This gives the teen, as well as the advisor, pertinent information for facing life's ever changing circumstances. If we knew what the future held, in regards to our health, our circumstances, etc., planning would be a breeze. However, we don't have that luxury. We will provide an ongoing accountability of the teen's situation with the flexibility to evolve with the changing nature of their lives.
  3. Superior Proactive Service - We exist to create the highest level of service by taking careful consideration of what matters most to the teen; carefully removing any obstacles that hinder the teen from achieving their goals. We do this because we feel it is our responsibility as stewards, and that means taking care of those entrusted to us, teens. Even though we strive to be perfect, we know we will fall short and therefore maintain an open and honest relationship with the teens, listening carefully to their concerns while at the same time, having both parties accountable to one another. This accountability not only means quickly reacting to life's changes, but also taking a proactive stance in protecting the teens' lives in preparation for what the future may hold.
  4. Impacting Others - Once a level of emotional, physical, and spiritual well being is reached, one is free to not only focus inwardly but outwardly to make an impact on others. We realize not all teens have the opportunity to make earth shattering impacts, but they can make a difference in their families, their churches, their communities or beyond, and know that their lives were not lived in vain. Our desire is to purposefully have an impact on the teens, so they too can have a positive eternal impact on others.
  5. Resources - House of Healing realizes that we are only as effective as the scope of our knowledge. Thus, we strive to constantly stay on top of those areas of concerns that the teens place as most important to their lives. If the time comes to address concerns outside the areas of our expertise, we have created a strategic alliance with the experts in our "Enhanced Services Group." These experts will assist us to maximize the services of House of Healing in meeting the needs of the teens.
